Our VCI Products protect metals by forming a mono-ionic layer of high-tech VCI (Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) chemicals on the metal surface. The protection is complete all hard to reach areas such as recesses, voids or airspaces will be protected from corrosion. The protective barrier self-replenishes through further condensation of the corrosion-inhibiting vapour, even for packaging thats repeatedly opened. The greatest advantage of VCIs is no requirement for air-tight packaging.

VCI Stretch Film
A plastic PE film containing a combination of VCI-inhibitors for the protection of ferrous & non-ferrous (multi-metals) iron, steel, copper, brass, bronze etc. A transparent film that is readily adaptable to automatic packaging allowing allows users to easily identify & inspect parts without opening the package. Can be stretched up to 300% of its length, also clings like gladwrap.
