Because of its cellular construction, Thermafreeze is flexible, even when fully hydrated and frozen. It can be folded or bent along the divisions between the sachet cells to adjust to the shape of the products being packed.. Thermafreeze is low cost and easy to use, providing a solution with mimimal seepage – far less than traditional ice. Thermafreeze rolls are 400mm x 120m consisting of 10,100 cells. These cells need to be hydrated by being submerged in water and, once expanded, frozen before use. Thermafreeze is reusable and non toxic.
